We are working on the letter Kk and learning about castles and royalty in Europe so through in a nursery rhyme and tied the whole thing together one morning. We reviewed what we had learned about Europe and kings and queens and read the nursery rhyme Old King Cole. The students illustrated and glued the poem into their journal and then we made K for our ABC book. I love the little crowns!
